Walk-ins are always welcome during store hours: Monday through Saturday, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at 61 Lafayette Circle, Lafayette, CA. Reaching out in advance is recommended for custom design discussions or appraisals so we can set aside dedicated time for you, but it won't change the quality of care you receive either way.
Yes. Drop-ins for repairs and restringing are welcome any time during store hours. Bring in your piece and our team will assess it on the spot, walk you through what needs to be done, and give you an honest quote before any work begins.
Yes. Bring in whatever you have: a piece that needs repair, a stone without a setting, or something that hasn't been worn in years. We'll assess it and talk through what's possible.
Yes. While we don't carry a standard online inventory, our Lafayette showroom has a curated selection of fine jewelry available. The showcase above gives you a sense of the pieces and styles we work with.
It depends on the work involved. Simple repairs can often be turned around quickly. More complex restorations take longer. We'll give you a clear timeline at drop-off and won't start until you've approved the scope and cost.
